I have 30 years of business experience from the airline industry, technology, small business, and non-profit organizations. I partnered with local communities in Nicaragua on food insecurity for children, and in Uganda on infrastructure projects to build technology networks at a growing university. This experience over my career has given me a great worldwide perspective and appreciation for different cultures and ways of living. I have consistently helped others achieve their goals by supporting their specific needs with my unique skill set. My skills include customer service, technical support for hardware and software in MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, WatchOS, Windows, and Android devices. I have a good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, git/GitHub, and Node.js, and extensive experience in live stream production, video editing, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite, MS Office, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, and Basecamp. I'm passionate about all things related to technology. I enjoy helping people navigate and understand a wide range of technology issues, especially making technology easier to use, making it accessible to more people.
