I have been working since 10 years with unix (solaris) and Linux(redhat,suse, debian,ubuntu..) servers . I did everything what it belongs to administration of these server and software(apache, PHP, python scripting,mysql...) run on them. I am also administaring a sort of cluster with 170 compute nodes and head node for High Performance Computing. I use SLURM for workload management, these nodes are connect with infiniband connection to each other and we have parallel file system on the system as operation area. As for the workload management IBM LSF and PBS are also known to me, since it is free we choosed SLURM. I administer my node remotely form different sites, thus scilab ,ansys matlab, nastran.... are known to me! So I can support your unix linux server and anything that runs on it.
