Word document template (Form) with Validation
This is a simple form created in Ms-Word saved as template. The fields are frozen so that the user can only use the fields that are required to be filled in (Typical form). The relevant fields are validated to avoid incorrect / junk entries. E.g. Date field doesn't take incorrect values and the date format is fixed to [DD-MMM-YYYY] in-order to have more clarity. This form is used internally to get the Change in Scope of Work approved within an organization. Any kind of Ms-Word requirement can be met that could include Macros too.
