I started as a Customer Service representative at this company and eventually got promoted to the position of customer service manager. The company was initially based in Dubai and since the CEO wanted to hire more Filipinos he set up one in Cebu, Philippines. I worked for Academic Solution since 2008 and apart from managing a team, I would also reply to clients' emails and answer calls. I also wrote and proofread content of the company website.
