Python, Java, c/c++, Perl and Javascript on all major operating systems. Most of my projects have worked with data from EDI with flatfiles and XML to large relational systems. I've done extensive work with both raw SQL and ORMs with everything from HABTM to lazy subquery selection. I also have experience with NoSQL solutions (Hadoop and Spark and MongoDB or by using Pandas as well as simple list comprehensions and generators) . Closure functions in javascript and memory sensitive data applications in python. Not to stop there, I started in c/c++ and have used MSVC (now MSVC and MS Code), Borland C++ and Borland C++ Builder as well as gcc/cmake on POSIX with autotools. I have experience with c++ -> JNI -> RPC/EJB and with scripting language module extensions in c and c++. Industry wise I have worked with Medical Billing, Radiology, HotLabs, HL7 (XML & EDI), Insurance submission, Clinical Trials and Physician Overreads on multi-modality ECAT viewers and fusion software (PET/CT and MR).
