1. EMPLOYER: HCL INFINET LTD. (FEBRUARY 2005 TO PRESENT)
• Presented an idea for using Open Source Software instead of windows in all the HCL managed/owned Nokia Care centers across India and successfully helped implement the same. These centers connect to the head office via terminal server clients and operate on a central database in realtime.
• Implemented a Qmail relaying mail server with selective routing using smtproutes and firewall restrictions using netfilter/iptables.
• Implemented a Sendmail relaying mail server with From:domain and From:user@domain restriction using access hash database and selective routing using domaintable along with netfilter/iptables firewall and Milter/Jilter.
• Implemented a Secure IMAP/POP3 Mail Server for the firm using qmail for SMTP and Squirrel Mail for IMAP Web Front-End.
• Implemented a Live Firewalled Linux Router with NATing, PATing connecting 3 LANs for the firm with total nodes crossing 2000 in number.
• Implemented a Live, Secure and Firewalled Linux-Server/ Windows-Clients based twin passwords enabled VPN solution with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) for NOKIA India across its India locations connecting 50 locations with the Head Office.
