I am an enthusiastic and professional Software Engineer, who enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I am able to work well on my own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively. I am now looking to build on my extensive range of technical skills within a suitably challenging role. I am keen to achieve further professional development.
Very responsive; works with enthusiasm. Did not read/understand the project specifications. Milestones completed - but final integration of milestones never happened - result is a puzzle (useful pieces). I accepted nevertheless; because I saw it was difficult for SohaibQazi to implement all features. I will try to fix it myself, or post another project. If you had done the final integration to implement what is shown in the project specs; I was ready to pay a bonus. Note: "completed work" is defined rating 4; "does what was asked" is 5: if I were nasty, I could say "below average", as project specs are not implemented (4). Project specs are visible (!) on the main project page and PDF is attached on main page too: "Additional Files: This project includes IMPORTANT additional attached files. Please download and read fully before bidding."
