I have 7 yes of experience as system engineer with US clients. I started my career with Convergys( No.1 US contact center) as desktop support engineer(SBC Yahoo DSL)worked in the same position for 2.5 yrs. Later I joined McAfee Inc. as Gold support engineer for McAfee antivirus, worked in the same position for two yrs. My last company was CSC where i was providing support for McAfee antivirus and MS SCCM, worked for 2.5 yrs in the same position. All of experiance has been with the US clients. I own a office space with sitting capacity of 10 agents. I mentored the new joiners and took sessions of tech and process training.
