It doesnt with providers like these. First impression was very professional, but after getting the project obviously only below mediocre people were set to work on it. Example: a mouse over control was requested as main feature in specification. After the specified time they told me the feature works, only not on my browser. Five days later all of a sudden they admitted that it doesnA't work & claimed that its impossible to implement. 8 days later it was finally working! All the time I had to go back to these guys demanding the same features again & again & insisting that its possible is just ridiculous.”
