have worked in the insurance industry since 1976 beginning with the California State Auto Assn (AAA) in San Jose Ca. where I did personal lines underwriting and sold AAA memberships. I did account managing for Electric Insurance Company for GE employees and performed underwriting duties for personal lines insurance. I have worked with professional liability insurance for Dentists in Tampa Fl., with Poe & Brown Insurance Agency. I obtained my General Lines 220 Agent's license in 1993 and keep up with my continuing education courses. I have taken and passes INS21 with a B, INS22 and did not get to take the INS23 course. I studied for and passed the Risk Managemnet for Public Entitites exam in 2005. I am currently a student at University of Phoenix, in the Master's in Management Program. My specialty is providing excellent customer service, organizing, ideas to make processes more efficient, researching information, motivating others. I have obtained my AA in Bussines, Bachelor's in Business Management and Master's in Management degrees and have done much research, and like doing it.
