the freelancer did not meet the delivery date. the site had to be ready in 30 days and after 6 months it was still not completed. Continuous requests for more time. Hours of our team spent testing the site full of bugs and problems. After 6 lost months, we stopped work. Requesting reimbursement of the advance that was requested. The freelancer refused to repay the advance even though the work was not finished.

They are by far one of the most talented and professional web developers I have worked with long distance. They know their work pretty well and they are always available on call and respond to emails instantly. As a customer I felt secure and was extremely satisfied with the quality of work, reasonable pricing and timely delivery of the project. I would highly recommend Swell Technology and specially Mr Prasat and Mr Ramesh who worked on my project to make sure everything was done smoothly.
