We help people SHOW they are as great as they say they are. Workshops; training; seminars; teleseminars; general session keynotes; special events & other programs; books, CDs, and educational tools. We focus on the interpersonal "people skills" for workplace, professional, and life success. We understand technology and had a "former life" in the technology industry. Our focus even then was taking technical concepts and helping highly-technical people (computer industry) communicate with management and "lay-people". While a solo-practice business, "we" means relationships, connections, and immediate access to a variety of tested, experienced, and trusted trainers, speakers, and coaches. Springboard Training is a USA-based small business. We pride ourselves at being fun, a little irreverent, client and service-oriented, upbeat and motivating, and follow through with quality service and work product (all words from others, not our own). Oh yes...we CAN be formal and corporate when needed (ie: "clean-up well"). Sylvia (our "Ride Leader") additionally has voiceover experience and is a broadcast television host on a "real" TV station (as opposed to an Internet self-produced channel). We may be more expensive than some bidders when we bid. Yet we believe you "get what you pay for".
