SSH/SCP - Understand and experienced using most commonly used switches including those of X forwarding and tunneling. FTP - Very adept at CLI FTP interface and tools including wget as well as configuration of proftpd. Packet capturing – Very adept at using tools such as ethereal, tcpdump, and ettercap. VMWare Desktop 6.0/VirtualBox and older – Use VMWare Desktop/VirtualBox exclusively on personal and work machines when necessary to operate MS Windows applications. Cabling – Knowledge in making and running cables such as Ethernet, crossover, and rollover and also am familiar with cable management. DHCP – Experience maintaining and configuring Linux DHCP servers. CLI – Almost exclusively use command line interface while computing. C-Panel/WHM – Extensive use and knowledge from both the user and the admins point of view. Apache – Many years of extensive use of Apache and editing the corresponding files. MySQL/MsSQL — Extensive use and knowledge from both the user and the admins point of view. PHPMyAdmin — Extensive use and knowledge from both the user and the admins point of view.
