I design and program things that move, inspire, enlighten, and capture the imagination. I started out making games for Atari and Amiga computers in the 80's. Today I continue to bring a sense of exploration and perfectionism to all my projects, whether they be desktop app, device driver, 3D printer firmware, mobile app, game, web application, or website. Today my main areas of focus are: - RepRap firmware customization - Embedded programming - Design for 3D printing, mainly OpenSCAD - Construction of RepRap 3D printers - Unity3D games and simulations - Mac OS X and iOS apps - Custom Javascript programming with APIs

In my role as an indie software developer I've published two commercial music applications, one for Mac OS X and one for iOS. (I plan to keep making more!) As an open source developer I maintain a Wacom tablet driver for OS X which enables the use of older tablet models that Wacom no longer supports. Along the way I've made several other things which can be found online. Since late 2014 I've been an active contributor to Marlin, the popular firmware for Arduino-based 3D printers.

Using primarily HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript+jQuery I helped to maintain the in-house CMS, built and extended client sites, and did miscellaneous work for a variety of clients, the longest stint for a local university. In addition the in-house CMS, I also worked with CodeIgniter, Drupal, and a variety of libraries.
