They have totality 18 software for the real-estate industry. These all software is web as well as window based. modules I have been working upon listed below: 1. Project Programming (Gantt chart): This is very important software of COMSS Dashboard. This is actually a Gantt chart and used for making milestone of project tasks, linking of those task. All the features of PP (Project Programming) is graphically denoted and having features of drag and drop on canvas, stretching and compressing ,linking of two tasks and according to that all other settings changed. • The basic features of Project Programming is: - • Financial Year Setting(Graphical canvas, calendar creates according to that) • Project and there task creation • Setting Milestone to tasks (Start date, end date, etc.) • Linking of those task(Scheduling of start and end dates) • Task completion graphical notation • Weekend Setting • Font setting etc. 2. Estimating Software: This software is used for Estimating construction sites of COMSS Dashboard. It helps to Estimate cost of construction sites, Resources, Time Period, Adjustments and Profit etc. Whenever an Estimation for Construction sites required only needs to input required data. For resources you will have to input labor, materials and plants with its rate, quantity and adjustment. We are using BCIS Wessex Library for getting standard Rate of resources in UK. Basically there are two type of construction site standard and Housing type. Both are divided into different- different Sections. For each section item and its resources will have to enter with help of BCIS Wessex Library and you will get its full estimation description. 3. Insurance Claim Manager: This software is used for Insurance Claim Management. This is multi user-multi company Software where user can make policies for particular company and these policies have policy no. User will have to maintain the claim against these policy no. 4. Irish Payroll Software: This is Payroll software of COMSS Dashboard. This software is used for making Payroll of companies. It has features of multi company, Multi User. It follows all rules of tax, deduction, PAYE, PRSI, pension, health insurance policies and Employee benefits of Ireland. All the features of this payroll software are user convenient and user friendly. The best features of this software are System Calendar, Time Card entry and Pay slip. 5. Accounting System: This provides a complete accounting solution for businesses. Such as retail outlets where the requirement is to track total sales and purchases, and accounts payable and receivable, in a given period rather than transaction-level detail. Amounts can be entered net of sales tax, or as gross amounts. It also includes electronic invoicing, recurring purchase and sales invoices and an asset register with depreciation processing. 6.
