Why Customer Churn Takes Place in Telecommunication Sector of Pakistan

The purpose of the article is to find out the factors that cause customer churn in mobile telecommunication sector of Pakistan. Brand image, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and network quality impact on the customer churn. The empirical study was carried out on mobile users in Pakistan. The data was collected from the sample of 108 customers. The statistical tool applied is multiple regression. Customer loyalty is only variable which has significant relationship with customer churn.
