I am a Consultant Engineer with prime focus on designing and developing custom Hardware / Software solutions primarily for Industrial applications (Monitoring + Control) and for niche market segments. Having an academic background in Computing and Software development with Electives and Majors in Control Systems and Robotics aids my embedded systems design work while giving me the ability to take full project management head-on as a one-window solution source. My career has revolved around various fields and nature of work, including designing MIS software for large financial institutions to Industrial grade custom SCADA software solutions based around either COTS hardware OR custom designed embedded systems. Today, Electronics and IT go hand-in-hand, and one can easily find a blend of both in a small enough wrist-watch to large scale field deployments. I personally like working for the Health-sector most and therefore most of my designs are or have been for the Pharmaceutical, Food and Health / hospital sectors. I find a certain satisfaction in my work and I enjoy it, hence my enthusiasm.
