I am a Software / Systems Specialist focussed on Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Design, Systems Testing, Systems Implementation and Change Management, with an in depth knowledge of ERP Solutions analysis and implementation fully inclusive of CRM, Payroll, Human Resources, Internet based solutions, Telephony Systems with an emphasis on VOIP, Finance and Accounting right through to management reporting. When managing projects I have a strong focus on process and ensuring full documentation is created thus resulting in a completed project which is easy for someone else to pick up and work with in the future regardless of the reason. I am well known for “thinking outside the square” and can effectively manage staff at all levels. I communicate well with internal and external parties involved in a project and I see this as key to an effective project. I have strong skills analysing problems and coming up with solutions often based on existing products, as well as handling change management and ensuring end users see the overall picture and reason behind change. I pride myself on bringing projects in on-time and to budget with a high degree of user acceptance.
