FOREWORD
After three years of successful operations on home market of Ukraine,
“UkrInfoTech” company became a member of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce
and is now coming out to international markets. We propose to our partners
in Western Europe and USA the outsourcing services of any kind. We develop
commercial, scientific, educational software and are experts in C/C++ and
PHP/JavaScript with broad experience. Contents of this presentation introduce
you to our possibilities and our achievements.
HISTORY
“UkrInfoTech” was organized as a limited liability company in June 2004 in
Kharkov, Ukraine. The company has been functioning in the market of Ukraine
making orders to design, develop and support software for heavy corporate
clients for three years. The most substantial customer is the National Stock
Company “Neftegas Ukrainy” – the first-rate public enterprise of Ukraine.
In 2006 year the company became a member of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce,
that give us the possibility of coming out to international markets. Indeed,
the year 2006 was the year of growing into international direction. Now we
have partners in Western Europe and USA.
At the end of year 2006 we have cooperated with the other software company.
As the result of this cooperation now we have possibility to use much wider spectrum of technologies in our development.
STAFF
The total number of employees is 7 developers, 2 project managers and 2 testers. In case of need we are capable to increase our personnel fast up to
about 30 employees in order to meet specific project requirements. Our
employees are graduated from the best Ukrainian universities. On the average,
each of them has more than four years experience in software engineering
and IT sphere. Our staff is quite experienced as outsourcers, including
communication with foreign customers. English knowledge of our staff is upper
intermediate.
PARTNERS
As the new fast developing business, we have constantly growing list of
partners. Among others we have partnership with the design studio, which
takes parts in our projects regarding designing of usable user interfaces.
Indrapark GmbH (Germany) is our most significant partner for software
development regarding project management, requirement analysis, software design, reporting, quality management, integration and acceptance test at
customer site.
SERVICES
We are working in number of fields: commercial, scientific, educational
applications and propose outsourcing services of any kind. We are able either to accept the project as a whole for outsourcing under control of our project
managers and team leaders or submit our developers under control of external
project managers. Our office is equipped with high-speed broadband Internet
connection, which provides applying any communication facilities with customer
(MS Messenger, Skype, ICQ etc). We can be integrated into any cooperative
development system, control version system and bug-reports. Besides that, we can support our partner's technology in Ukraine/Russia, provided we have all
the needed specifications. We are ready for new cooperation and appreciate any
propositions of work.
EXPERTISE
We are C/C++ and PHP/JavaScript experts from the ground up and have broad
experience in both small-scale and large-scale development using the wide
range of compilers and operation systems. We know how apply the power of
generic programming and design patterns to custom development, the same as
how to deal with proprietary scripting languages if the need to use them
arises. As the progress evolves, now we have possibility to use the latest
and greatest technologies in our development: Java, .NET, C#.

LAST PROJECTS
- “Autotransport” automation control system
The system developed for automation control of transport workshops in the
NSC “Neftegas Ukrainy” branches. The system is intended for tracking of fuel
consumption, deterioration of accumulators and tires during transport
workshop's operations and so on. Dispatcher can register waybills for various
kinds of vehicles (motor cars, trucks, crane trucks), as far as enter
information into the system regarding both vehicles and their parts (such as
tires and accumulators) in common generalized forms and can perform further
operations on information contained in the system, such as editing, searching,
sorting, generation of reports (in form of Excel sheets), backup data copying
on demand and so on. The system processes entered data according to the
predefined rules which can be altered arbitrarily in order to suite customer
needs. The backup data copying on schedule and data recovery function are
implemented in order to ensure the system stability.
- System for scanning electron microscope
The system intended for use in one of the leading Ukrainian research centers
and was developed both to provide control on scanning electron microscope
using already existing hardware driver and to process obtained data according
to demands of researchers. The close contact with customer and strong
scientific background of our developers has ensured the correct and precise
work of the system. The goal of development was the tight conformity of system
to capabilities of hardware device (microscope itself) along with requirement
to provide maximal flexibility and versatility in presentations and
transformations of obtained data. The specific requirement of customer to not
use scrollbars in the system interface was fulfilled by developing of
original scaling framework ensuring the best appearance of subwindows
after arbitrary rescaling. The capabilities of automatic data analysis are
implemented allowing to provide researcher with statistics about investigated
surface and to present obtained data in form maximally suitable for human. The
design of the whole system is the modular from ground up, so allowing e.g.
easy addition of new control panels, addition of new data filters (in form
of plug-ins), arbitrary combinations of data filters and so on. Of course,
multilanguage support, generation of reports and database connectivity are the
integral parts of the system.
- Sports betting system
The system created for one of the betting services on the Web. It provides all
the functionality needed to make secure bets via Internet using payments by
credit cards. The combination of PHP/JavaScript and MySQL technologies assures
the greatest flexibility and platform independence for the customer. The
back-end and front-end interfaces with different access levels and administrative/user accounts ensure the service provider having the full
control over the whole system. The collection of statistics and generation of
reports are implemented according to customer's requirements, along with
adjustable discount system. The built-in multilanguage support allows customer
to get the widest audience possible.
