Team & Personal Responsibilities: • Maintaining quality and productivity of the team. • Checking the setup/ programming done by others team members for internal quality approval. • Responsibility of looking out for timely deliverables of various project requirements. • Responsibility for data management, data validation, tables uploading to client servers, exporting into several formats. • Responsible for cleaning, tabulation & checking using Quantum, SPSS, Quanvert, Excel etc. • Advising more better and innovative ways (tools and processes) for executing jobs. Maintaining standards documents of different clients. • Good knowledge In Quantum (tabbing, cleaning, updating trackers), MS-Excel, Text Pad (regular expressions & macros) and SPSS. • Communicating independently with client on data issues, queries regarding questionnaires, special requests, tab/banner specs etc. • Maintaining project details, folders/ files/ emails in an organized way to access for management when ever required. • Looking into all emails of team and tracking work flow & updating status of all jobs and assigning work to team members based on team member experience and job complexity. • Reviewing materials of new studies and additional requests and estimating cost and time, providing final billed cost to client.
