Education and experience: law, real estate, writing, business, insurance, accounting, finance, internet commerce and sales. Academics include an A.A.S., three B.S. degrees, an MBA and a degree in law (JD). Completing MS in accounting. CPA eligible. Retired attorney in US and US native. During my legal career I drafted and prepared numerous and varied business and real estate agreements and contracts, along with other varied documents and pleadings - ranging from the simple to lengthy and complex - some of which are still "form documents" used in the southwest of the US. I have also written/edited/reviewed various projects/papers, business plans, resumes, cover letters and a very prominent and popular US legal profession manual. I have tutored and trained students at the college level and also numerous foreign attorneys studying to obtain graduate law degrees from American law schools.
