C# additive and multiplicative descrambler

C# additive and multiplicative descrambler for software realization of low/medium speed satellite receiver. Hard decision data from hardvare demodulator transmit on PC software which emulates satellite reciver. Software implement error code correction algoritms, descrambling and some other algoritms what consist the physical layer of OSI model.
