VBA Project - Auto Internal Quality Check – Word
Designed, Tested and Published this project, we receive proposal documents for formatting and we format the documents (RFI / RFP / Internal.) as per standard template. We were facing a lot of problem in checking the quality aspects before delivering the document to the requester. So, I came with the VBA word macros to resolve the same by creating an interface and VBA coding for the same: Created macros with an interface to: * Remove period after all bullets in the document. * Check for the period at the end of the paragraph and fix it. * Check for double spacing after period in between paragraph and fix it. * Check for double spacing after semicolon (:) and fix it. * Check no space before comma (,) and fix it. * Check no space after open bracket "(" or “[“ and fix it. * Check no space before closing bracket ")" or “]” and fix it. * Update all fields "automatically". * Check the tables Autofit option is "Autofit to Window" and fix it. * Remove Sh
