Manufacturing • Proficiency in accounting and book keeping and perform general ledger accounting including posting journal entries and maintaining general ledger entries • Have work experience in payroll accounting, processing of payroll payments and ensuring compliance with relevant laws • Experience in handling Direct & Indirect Taxation notice • Prepare and file Corporate and Personal Income Tax Returns • Experience in preparation of Year end and Quarterly Financials statements • Prepare and report MIS to project the monthly status of the company • Accounts payable and receivable accounting and ageing analysis thereof for the outstanding payments and receivables respectively • All ledger accounts reconciliation of books and analyzing the differences and find out for the reason for variance and resolve the issue • Maintain control over fixed assets and ensure that all additions, disposals and transfers are processed timely and are reconciled to the general ledger • Maintaining proper books of accounts by ensuring all the entries are posted and preparing MIS • Preparing the month end financial and accounting reports such as Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Fixed assets, Bank Reconciliation, Taxes paid and outstanding etc., as required by the management • Manage all audits on behalf of the company • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed by the management P.S : - Even the account is old I haven't not used much however I am fresh Freelance and however I would like to turn into a full time freelancer and every opportunity will be handled with utmost care
