Lead and Manage a Development Team Manage and mentor a team of 4 developers, providing technical guidance, support, and regular code reviews. Coordinate task assignments, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Deploy applications to IIS Monitor application health, logs, and performance, applying updates Collaborate effectively with QA, designers, and stakeholders

Develop Web Applications Using ASP.NET (MVC/Core) Design, code, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core. Build reusable and maintainable components for web interfaces. Work with MS SQL Server to design and manage relational databases. Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and Entity Framework LINQ queries. Build RESTful APIs Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, authentication providers).
