I have worked with well established companies as well as founding team member in start-ups. I have good experience working with IT / IT consulting / Product companies / start-ups. I worked in India till 2012 december and permanently moved to the USA. I have HR experience in USA as well. so Iam well versed with HR process in both countries. Work well with employees, managers, stake holders, CEO/CTO across levels. I have good computer skills. I have HRIS skills and used KRONOS , People Soft, Oracle-HR module and other HR software packages and other systems in my career. I love working with people and have high tolerance to stress and do timely delivery. Please note Iam an US citizen and currently based out of Bangalore, India and will provide support from INDIA time 10am -12 midnight, ( EST 2.30pm) Iam open to working on projects from any part of the world.
