My overall web programming experience is more than 5 years and during this time i`ve created different projects, from customized web shops to custom ERP solutions and analytic marketing/economic web tools. Last 5 years working with Drupal CMS: building architectures, creating custom modules and themes, synchronized with external services, improving performance. Experienced Architect / Team Lead / Tech Lead: interviews with candidates, creating/assigning tasks in bug trackers, code review.
