Visionary Design is a Full service design firm specializing in Town Planning, Landscape Architecture and sustainable development. We have been involved in a variety of local and international projects including designs for exclusive high-end golf and equestrian residential communities, as well as commercial landscape design. Furthermore, we have been involved in civic, park, pool, recreational facility, and streetscape design. Besides having experience in developing and analyzing code, we have worked on interpreting regulations, composing guidelines and preparing design workbooks/manual for public dissemination. Additionally, we have been involved with both public and private sector projects, performing detailed graphic design work related to site and landscape design as well as presentations. We are a very highly motivated and dedicated team; taking an active involvement of all phases of the design process, including site visits, conceptual design, site layout, master planning, construction documentation, 3-D site analysis, and computer modeling. We have hands on experience in making formal oral presentations in both Spanish and English to clients and the general public at large.
