Our Team consists of 5 key members:- Victoria Ludemann - Director - Victoria has over 11 years running Web and Print Departments for big Corporates (Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse First Boston, Reed Publisbing Group) over in London, UK providing solutions for large Blue Chip Clientele such as Toshiba, Compaq, IBM, Intel, Corel, etc. Having immigrated to New Zealand with her husband she brought with her, her Freelance Company and setup Victoria Webdesign. Pramod Manathala Balan - Senior Programmer - Pramod is a very experienced Programmer having provided extremely complex solutions to Clients such as Levis Jeans, [login to view URL] (developed their on-line Black Jack, Roulette and some fruit machine games all tied in to a realtime e-commerce solution). Pramod is extremely proficient in Programming able to do Flash databases, e-commerce/shopping carts, to on-line Karoke machines and has even developed police face constructor identification software in Sweden. Anil Reddy - Senior Designer. Is an exceptional Web and Print Designer having got top honours for his 5 year Design Degree, followed suite by a Visual Communications Diploma which accesses the Psychology of users in different markets both on the Internet and in Print. He has an exceptional eye for design and has provided award-winning solutions for activities, accommodations, real estate agents and corporates overseas both in Print and on the Web. Kaja Vetter - Web and Multimedia Designer - holds a 5 year Multimedia Degree from Berlin University in Germany providing our Clients with some fabulous solutions be it web or CD oriented. Karleigh Dimond - holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and heads up the team as the Projects Manager liaising efficently between the team and our Clientele. Sally Marriage - SEO Campaign Manager - Holds a UK Degree in Business & Economics. Sally takes charge of any on-line marketing requirements needed for our Clients Websites.
