• Lead several teams of passionate engineers and technical architects (leads) to deliver on a roadmap that is a balance of awesome features and technical excellence. • Work closely at various levels with senior leadership, product, and cross-functional teams in driving the features and technology roadmap for the product. • Foster a culture where teams are constantly challenged to come up with innovative ideas for solving business problems and are always experimenting with cutting edge technologies (Brown bag meeting, Hackathon, and other Knowledge sharing sessions). • Set performance goals for the teams to ensure team goals are aligned with overall company objectives and roadmap. • Partner closely with the talent team to recruit, hire and retain top-tier talent. • Evaluate and track performance; provide coaching and facilitate professional development. • Stays hands-on in technology by exploring and experimenting with new tech stack, work closely with different teams and support them in solving various technical challenges. Also, actively participate in code review.
