My client wanted to understand the demographics of their customers so that they could identify profitable products and produce targeting promotions.

I was able to show the clients sales across each of their product categories by age, gender and location.

We then worked together to understand how best to use this information to target key demographics by product category and state.

We successfully improved the client's sales, which we continue to review on a regular basis.

Tableau Sales Demographics Dashboard

This project aimed to analyze and restructure my client's email marketing campaign.

1) I was able to breakdown the email recipient lists and show how many people were accessing the email as well as how many were following the link through to the promotions.

We were able to use this information to find subscribers who were not accessing their email and verifying their details leading to an increase in email activity.

2) I presented the effectiveness of various types of marketing emails that had been sent out to each of the email recipient lists.

By producing custom marketing campaigns targeted to each email list, we improved response rates to promotions.

3) We could see when emails were being accesses and wanted to know when was the best time for each type of email by email list.

The new email schedule we created from this analysis positively impacted the total clicks for each type of email promotions.

Tableau Email Marketing Impact Dashboard

The project was to create a full suite of business dashboards for a retail client.

I was able to breakdown live data for sales, profit, inventory transactions.

Due to the nature of the business, it was key to be able to view the different areas of the business by various periods as each product type had its own sales seasons.

- Using my analysis the business was able to create promotions to reduce excessive inventory.
- I could clearly identify when to increase inventory holdings of different product types for when seasons started.
- Breaking down profit by department and product category allowed the client to remove low-profit areas and concentrate on products that brought in >80% of profits.
- I continue to work with this client to provide valuable insights for his onging business needs.

Power BI Retail Sales & Inventory Dashboard

The goal of this analysis was to breakdown the client's promotions over sales in 2017 to show which promotions had the most impact on sales.

I was able to highlight how many promotions were active for each week of sales, which made it easy to review the successful promotion vs underachievers.

The client was able to restructure their promotional campaign for 2018 which showed an improvement in sales based on active promotions.

Tableau Promotions Dashboard

The client wanted a clear analysis of their sales broken down by the type of delivery and the country the customer was based.

I was able to provide dynamic dashboards showing sales by country and delivery type also showing total sales by selected countries vs unselected countries.

This work allowed the client to prioritize clients and renegotiate rates with shipping companies.

This has led to an increase in profit and a streamlining of client prioritization

Power BI Dashboards: Sales

The client wanted to redesign and improve upon their current stock tracking reports.

I was able to create a dynamic set of dashboards allowing users to compare historical performance of KPI, view various breakdown of KPI over time ( year on year, 5 year trend, 5 year standard deviation).

I created a custom interface for the clients reporting calendar and KPIs.

The project allowed clients to preview alot of complex data in an intuitive and clear manner. We were very happy with the results and sued this product as a template for other companies.
