I have more than 10 years experience as a professional software engineer. I have spent most of this time working for some large organisations, such as the BBC. While I code predominantly in Perl, I am also very capable in PHP, C, C++, Javascript, and HTML. And I have tinkered with Java, Python and Ruby too. I always adhere to good programming practices, as I find that this is the best way of delivering what was asked for, with the fewest bugs, and the lowest maintenance costs. So don't be surprised if my work also comes with design documents, usage documents and a suite of automated acceptance & unit test scripts! I may not be the cheapest developer here, but I promise to deliver quality. You won't have to find another developer to clean up my mess. I am new to this website and trying to build a reputation here, so please consider me for your project today. Thank you.
