Have 18 years’ GIS experience in energy industry, 15 years in oil and gas exploration sector and 3 years in electricity sector. Solid understanding of Relational Database theory and systems including SQL Server and Oracle. Intermediate experience with Oracle and SQL Server , advance experience with Mc Access. Prepare spatial and tabular data for high performance Web services map according to cartographic rules. Scripting skills and experience with ArcGIS Model Builder, SQL, javascripts and Flex. Develop and implement specific GIS tools to assist and users with daily mapping and analysis as needed. Familiarize with cartographic principles and graphic design principles Understanding and knowledge of coordinate reference systems with ability to georeference data, transform coordinates and resolve cartographic discrepancies. Perform routine and unusual coordinate systems and datum transformation Advise on datum and projection selection and custom projection design. Good experience with datum and coordinate reference systems, cartography, spatial data science and GIS.

♣ Performed user requirement analysis and improved transformation methodology from digitized maps on CAD to GIS environment.
