Performance and Development Mobile Application
This Mobile Application provides Client's managers/executives and employers, potentially 70,000 users, the facility to view their annual reports, which task is not started, under progress, completed, submitted and so on, sending an email notification to the employees as required. Other part of the application provides the list of feedback requested by other managers regarding different employees from the logged in manager, details about the feedback and a form to submit or save the feedback.
