Gigya Login & Social Media Module Integration

This freelancer assured us he had the skills to handle our project and that he could complete it in 2 days. First, he absolutely disappeared for 5 days after we awarded him our project, then contacted us stating he had an emergency. He informed us he began work and then gave us some excuse that his local server was having issues. This spanned another 5 days. Then we demanded an update 2 days ago and haven't heard from him. This was the worst experience we've ever had on a project. Horrible, absolutely horrible.
