Ulysses has more than 17 years work experience, of which more than 10 years of which as a project manager. He has extensive experience in project delivery and service management, software development life cycle, Agile methodology, metrics and status reporting, data analytics and visualization, performance management, risk and issue management, quality management, process documentation, system support, automation and continuous improvement. He holds certification in PMP and ITIL v3. He is also a Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Microsoft Excel Specialist Certified and a SAFe4 practitioner certified. I am leading the Innovation team focusing on metrics, reporting, analytics, data visualization and automation of a global multinational company. I can expertly create an automated reporting in Excel, dashboard in PowerBI, interpret and analyze data and create other insights and reports.
