Client needed large areas to display work in different methods of completion making all work in current production highly visible. Solution was to wrap walls and designers would have clear portfolio with tags inserted with name of designers and different progress tags (design, proof, changes, print, outsourced, etc) that they would display on the wall for the day of the week that the work was being performed. It made for a transparent workflow solution that solidified the design staff and created a team work environment while allowing management to view workflow at a glance and make adjustments if needed.
