I am a free and open source enthusiast from Croatia, Europe. I work in the IT industry, working as a developer of an open source DMS. I was also leading education and training for business and office software in the regional leading tour-operator and travel agency. Prior to that, I have been employed as a linux system administrator. I have experience in different fields and I'm best at problem analysis and resolution. Of the relevant IT experience, I have also been a support person in a large Linux/cPanel/WHM-based web hosting company that held cca 100k domains. I collected experience in linux administration and installation, as well as the services - httpd(apache, lighttpd), mysql, exim mail server, bind dns system, Virtuozzo VPS management, iptables firewall and similar network-related services. I also have project management experience in a corporative company, with jobs from education on IT usage, to running integration projects between large platforms. I'm also working as an IT developer in a company, working with Java based open source document management system - from project specification, design, implementation and deployment. In free time, I spend a lot of time learning about linux and open source software, a bit on web (php) programing and design, networking and generally IT technology.
