iPlex is a software development agency. The agency provides remote development resources to US/CA based clients. I am working as a backend team lead and a fullstack developer. Managing a team of 10-15 people. My role in a project is from the start till the final product as gathering full specs from client., and most of the time communication with clients. I am also working on full-time projects as well.
