Data Entry 1600 Company Names and Addresses Medwaste 7-23
We have 1,600 company addresses that need to be put into a single spreadsheet from the data found in the attached documents. The attached documents are all published in different layouts. You will need to extract the following information with COPY AND PASTE TO ENSURE ACCURACY, and put it into the correct fields in a spreadsheet, shown as MedWaste 7-23-2013. The fields to be captured are: Company name Contact name First name Last Name Address1 Address2 City State Zip Phone 1 Phone 2 Fax Email address Web address EPA ID Not all of these fields will be available for each document. The single spreadsheet must be separated by each document’s name: Arizona Data...... Data.... Data.... Arkansas Data.... Data.... Data... Through all of the documents. There may appear to be duplicates between the documents. You must enter in ALL names, even if they duplicated from a different list.
