Hello,
Now a days, many websites are available which provide free images, icons, vectors and so on for commercial and personal use with certain conditions like give credit to author or take permission of author before using his work and so on.
My question is can anyone use such free images or vectors or icons to complete his job as a freelancer and as a participant to enter in a contest ?
Please guide me on this question as it will be very helpful information for me as a new freelancer.
