Design a T-Shirt for day of the dead

I kept the design somewhat minimum, as for a t-shirt how man colors you use can effect the cost. Its a bit rough, which I can definitely clean up if you don't like it that way. Pleas provide feedback! Also if the background shows up white, it is incorrect, the actual psd file has an empty background.
