  The 3dmodel have to be rigged so he can fly, attack...to make fim 3d. Do you need 3d character or 2d with 3d effects ?

  After it's been modeled, will it be rigged to pose the same poster as the 2D? Or you want only a still 3D statue with expressions and pose like the 2D? If you want it rigged, the price should be much more. Or it's only worthy of a 3D pose statue.

  If I give you a 3D model in that still pose, you won't utilize it as animation later. Only rigged model could be used for later animation work. And it's even more complex if you want the face, eyeball, eyelids, mouth, etc. be rigged, the budget should be much much more!
