Thanks for your entry! Overall i like your design. Here are my comments
1) The woman image, rather than going end to end, consider some gap on the right side to allow some marketing text. IE SALE up to 70% off etc..... also do you include rights of use of photo of the woman ?
2) the header is where you an incorporate more of a "grunge" street "urban" look and feel into the page. See link > http://sixrevisions.com/web_design/30-beautiful-examples-of-grunge-in-web-design/ has some good examples of such style.
3) best sellers and designers is taking up TOO much space and looks very ordinary and boring
4) the designers section looks good and clean. perhaps we can draw more attention to the section with use of colors or words lke "search perfume designer"
