  Is it or is it not the space from the left of the pillar available for setting up the waiting area? In my vision we need to separate the area between the car wash area and waiting room with a screen/wall/veil so the counter and the other stuff won't get wet. Is it available for your buget? The design I propose is tought for minimal buget, you prefer windows to the exterior or you prefer ventilation equipment installed?

     no need for a screen, there will be no water spray :) no windows no ventilation needed. put a bar counter with stools expresso machine mini fridge,

  1. the 3 parking spots are being made in 2 parking i can only fit 2 car at a time with doors open the sink is in the middle off the wall.

  Please clarify :
  1. At the left, would the 2 cars in the 3 car slot be parked at extremes leaving central slot for sink etc. or the cars will be beside each other leaving the slot near the pillar area for sink / waiting ? This doubt arose beause of the 27.5' width dimension ? I hope I am clear in putting my query.
  2. Is the car slot beyond the pillar in scope so that people can wait on the other side of counter?
  3. Is it expected to show all the details like electric outlets, fridge, washers etc. as part of models ?
