aowla is a Social Learning Platform.

- We're developing a learning management system which will have a free plan, and paid plans for universities, schools, and companies.

- The platform also has a lot of social traits, such as an activity feed, follow/unfollow actions, profiles and much more.

- The name was chosen because of pronunciation/phonetics of it, which in portuguese is similar to "Aula", which stands for "Lesson" or "Class".

- We'd like to use an Owl as the symbol/icon of the company.

- We're looking for a simple, flexible, cool, beautifully designed logo.

- Our competitors are BrightSpace, CanvasLMS, Teamie, Moodle, and so on.

- I like mostly handwritten logos. Inspire yourself in logos such as Dribbble, Instagram. Must be easy to read, because *aowla* isn't obvious.

- If you win the contest, logo should be sent on AI format, with all the fonts used for it, on a white, coloured and black version.

I've added more info the briefing.
Most people aren't reading the full contest briefing. Most common errors:

- The name of the company is *aowla*; Not LESSON or AULA;
- I'm looking for something SIMPLE. Please don't submit complex illustrations or mascots;
- I need THREE versions of the logo: Black, White and With Colors. Submit all of them in a single entry;
- The icon MUST be an OWL; But please don't go too far with it. Bullet-point #2 - I need something SIMPLE!!!
- Script or Handwritten typographies mostly - if you're submitting something else, please give me reasoning why you chose it.

I'm sorry I couldn't upload my latest entry as it states I have been eliminated from this contest. That never happened to me. So you have the option to actually eliminate the contestants? Didn't know that. In that case, is it a mistake? If not could you please tell me why and if I did anything wrong against the contest? Cheers

  I might be using this tool wrong, but I'm eliminating participants that sent a reasonable amount of entries that didn't matched my expectations.
  
  But I'd like to reinforce that you're a really professional designer, and that your work is top-notch. You were careful enough to take a look on the whole description, and follow all the specifications (most designers didn't, can you believe?).
  
  I have just eliminated you in order to save both of us time / work.
