Too much of content on the home page.
I feel there are too much of things on the home page in an unorganized way! It's creating a confusing kind of image on the minds. You can keep things minimal so that people can concentrate on things one by one peacefully at a better pace which is satisfying. For this you can create colourful sections one above the other with beautiful and eye catchy captions on the first tile of the top moving slides. You can also create sections with folders one above another with the top cover image of plain solid colour with beautiful captions and then your content image inside with the required description. Also you are allowing too many ads on your website so you can check that. Also, I feel you can keep the " About Us" and " Contact Us" section in the top menu.
