I'm seeking an experienced designer who can inject a powerful retro/vintage design aesthetic into a new line of unisex streetwear and beachwear tees.

1. Preferred Design Style
- The designs should primarily revolve around a retro/vintage style that seamlessly meshes with today’s fashion sensibilities.

2. Specific Design Themes
- Two main elements should be woven into the designs: compelling surfing imagery and relevant pop culture references. These will form the core identity of the brand and should resonate with those who are passionate about beach life and are tuned into mainstream pop culture.

3. Target Audience
- These designs will be tailored to both men and women, so a balance of influences and styles that appeal universally is key.

Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio in vintage graphic design, and experience in creating designs in the clothing industry, specifically t-shirts. A deep understanding of surfing culture and current pop culture trends is also highly beneficial.

Delivery in a PSD, SVG or AI format.
