Our business:
- short term - online social community and pop up fitness and life coach classes
- medium term - offering both fitness & lifestyle programmes
- long term - fitness & lifestyle studio

Our concept: We are a holistic life coaching business that focuses on life long behaviour changes through 'mainly' fitness & nutrition, by providing a social platform to identify, create and enjoy new lifestyle habits.

Our branding: to symbolise our vision of holistic health but not to be 'wishy washy', to be strong and bold but not intimidating.

Our audience: not specific to one demographic, anyone who has barriers or struggles to make long term changes in their health
