We are opening a small Casino project in South East Asia and need some initial concept drawings and a floor plan. To include but not limited to layout of gaming floor, gaming floor elevations, back office facililties, bar and restaurant. The aim of the concept designs is to provide a design brief for a formal bidding process for an architect.

Skills in design both interior and exterior are required but interior is more important.

The ideal candidate or organisation will be able to provide similar reference projects ideally for Casinos but if not for entertainment venues.

The total floor size will be about 500 sqm but it is a new build so there is flexibility.

The budget is for the initial concept and designs. There will then be a second stage to finalise full floor plans and elevations and further funds will be provided at that point

Hi guys perhaps it is best not to run this as a competition and place it as an ad for a job instead. Essentially I was hoping for just some thoughts and ideas and I would then work with the winner to flesh out the design.

Dear client, I would like to know the area and measurements of the land where the project is going to be realized, the number of floors you plan to deploy for the building, the climate of the locality and if possible could you put a gps reference position to be able to visualize it in a satellite view please. In the meantime I will work on a concept to define the model as soon as you provide me with that information.
